Shipping & Delivery

The vast majority of the 1000's of items we carry are available to be shipped for free when you spend $99 or more. Unfortunately due to rising shipping costs and the size of the box we are unable to ship certain items at this time. Any item that does not qualify for free shipping will be identified in the description for that item.

Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect and package your Items. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

Your order will then be sent out and should arrive to you in 3-12 business days**

As soon as your order is sent you will receivea shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for it to show up in the system so don’t worry if you don’t see your order at first.

**Please note couriers may experience delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although most orders get delivered within 3-12 business days from our couriers, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. If this is the case, your tracking number may update to a “delayed” delivery date.

If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 12 business days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation.

*Please note: Once we pass your order over to our courier, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by the courier. We will contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. We always try our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

Uh oh, Is your parcel not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! As long as your order has not shipped already please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

Free shipping only applies to the Canadian Provinces and Contiguous United States.

We can ship to any other location, but you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Please note: we do not ship to PO Boxes; Canadian Forces Post Office (CFPO); Fleet Mail Office (FMO); Alaska; Hawaii; offshore U.S. territories (i.e., the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam); Army Post Office (APO) addresses; or freight forwarding companies.

There are no duty fees on orders shipped within Canada.

Most orders shipping to the US are also exempt from duty fees. Orders shipped to the US valued at $800 or more may have duties or fees that the customer will be required to pay.

Yes we do, but unfortunately you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
