Watch out for that wicked witch (she’s hungry!) in our “Hansel and Gretel Beware!” puzzle!
We know sugar is bad for us, but Hansel and Gretel never suspected foul play when they took a nibble of the witch’s candy cottage! Abandoned in the woods by their inept father and selfish stepmother, the lost children are thrilled to find the hidden confection. But the witch tricked them (Don’t they always?), and locked up Hansel to fatten him up for her dinner. Clever Gretel knew she might be the appetizer, so outwitted the witch into checking the oven. A good shove and she was toast — oh yeah!
About the Artist: Dean MacAdam is an illustrator residing in Southern California. His self-described style is quirky, bright and fun! Fairly new to the puzzle art genre, Dean's hope is to engage puzzlers with expressive characters, captivate them in the humorous details and ultimately allow them to imagine a story beyond the paint strokes.
